Arlo Braund is a dedicated sailing coach with international racing experience and over four years working with youth and junior sailors. His coaching blends technical skill with a focus on developing confident, independent athletes who understand the “why” behind performance.
Drawing on first-hand racing knowledge and experience across multiple classes — including the Topper, Tera, Feva, Cadet, ILCA, 420, and 29er — Arlo delivers structured, thoughtful coaching that helps sailors progress with purpose.
Calm, analytical, and approachable, he creates an environment where learning is both challenging and enjoyable, supporting sailors to reach their potential at every stage of their journey.
